All That I Am

It's a tremendous feeling, as I write these words
knowing when I, recite these words
that I will move mountains.
I have come to the realization
that my past has brought me to my,
current destination.
It is now that I have no hesitation
to explore the capacity of imagination
tearing down the walls that separate nations.
It is now that I,
embrace my truth and rise to my potential.
No longer will I be suppressed
due to lack of credentials.
No longer will I remain
in the shadows of darkness and fear
instead I, hold the light
until it becomes clear, as to,
when to know the end is near.
Near a shift of change
and a change in thought.
That I might become that which I was afraid of --
A God.
'Cause after all that is our given birth right,
to see, live and be the truth and take flight.
I realize through real eyes
that the only truth is inside.
'Cause under the lies is truth
and under the lies is you.
So be that what you already are;
a student, a teacher, a healer, a star.
A star that shines bright as a beacon of light
'cause one spark in the dark
is enough to illuminate the way
for those who are lost and can't find their way.
It is here and now in my current occupation
to give all that I am
and to be an inspiration.
'Cause once you have seen the light
there is no turning back.
So you must keep on moving
and lay your own tracks.
We have passed the tipping point
and we have reached the brink,
of a new era.
So be aware of your thoughts
'cause you attract what you think.
So let us think with awareness
and see from above,
cause the truest vibration
is unconditional love.
Let us love each other
through our faults and our flaws.
'Cause we are perfect in imperfection
and for that I applaud.
You are perfect in your health.
You are perfect in your beauty.
But you must believe it in you
not take it from me.
Now I stand in my truth
and I speak what I feel,
and my feelings are valid
my feelings are real.
I'm a mirror of you,
and you're a mirror of me.
So if I speak my truth
then I set us all free.
But I can't do it alone
I'm only one man.
But if I believe in me
I believe you,
so let's all take a stand.
Let's stand for our freedoms.
Let's stand for our rights.
Let's stand in the face of fear
all in despite,
of the havoc and chaos in the world today.
'Cause if there's peace inside
then it all goes away.
Let us remove ourselves from our cemented positions,
and just love each other without any conditions.
Let us turn our pain into beauty,
and let us share that transformation as a personal duty,
because we are all responsible for our own contribution
to make our outer reality our inner constitution.
So let's constitute ourselves to bliss and happiness.
Let's constitute ourselves to inner peace and harmony.
Let's constitute ourselves to be all that we can be.
Be the God or the Goddess that you know that you are.
Be the God or the Goddess that you feel in your heart.
Be the God or the Goddess that you were from the very start.
'Cause you are a God or Goddess
and that is all that you are.

Blueberry-Strawberry-Mango Cheezecake

This raw vegan cheezecake was a blast to make!
Three layered fruity goodness of macadamia cheezecake on a vanilla walnut crust. Topped with a spastic design of fruit that resembles impatience and lack of organization ;)

Blueberry-Strawberry-Mango Cheezecake

WALNUT CRUST
2 cups raw walnuts
3 ounces date paste
1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
1/8 tsp pink or himalayan salt

Process ingredients in a food processor. Layer bottom of spring pan or pie pan with crust and place in refrigerator.

FILLING
3 cups soaked macadamias
3/4 cup almond mylk
dates (sweeten to taste) (about 10)
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp vanilla bean powder
1/4 tsp pink or himalayan salt
3 Tbsp NON-GMO soy lecithin
1 cup extra virgin unheated coconut oil

FRUIT FILLING
1 quart fresh strawberries
2 large mangoes
2 pints fresh blueberries

Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy. Poor 2/3 of filling into two separate cups/bowls. Add about 1½ pints of strawberries to 1/3 of filling and blend until smooth. Poor strawberry filling into spring pan and place cheezecake into freezer to set. Blend another 1/3 of filling with 1 large fresh mango. Poor mango filling into spring pan and place back into freezer to set. Blend the last 1/3 of filling with 1 pint of fresh blueberries and poor into pan. Garnish with fruit in an artistic manner that serves your creative mind and refrigerate to allow cheezecake to finish setting.

Oh My God!

Why is that we often say those three words, "Oh my God," when we are shocked into realization?

Is it because we have just obtained a new piece of information that may prove to be valuable that we never had?

Is it because that new piece of information we just obtained actually shifted our consciousness and thus we are reminded a little bit more of who we truly are?

Seems plausible. For what it's worth, here's my two cents.

I'll lead my point with a short story. In September of 2009, I had my initial Kundalini awakening. During my spiritual trip I had come to realization upon realization upon realization. Every which way I looked I was connecting dots. I had tapped into the universal plane of knowledge. As information streamed through my consciousness, piece after piece after piece, all I could say was "Oh my God," over and over again. When I stopped and thought about what I was saying, I repeated it in my head. Then aloud. "Oh my God" transformed into "Om I God." There was no doubt that my consciousness was in fact being shifted as I plugged into the main database of the universe. It is said that when creation began, the first form that God (consciousness) took was in the form of sound. That sound was "aum." The sound of 'aum' was the birth of consciousness. I am having the trip of my life (thus far) and all I can say is "Oh my God (Om I God)." It was in that moment that I realized (real eyes'd) it was in fact the birth of consciousness. A concept of which I had read previous to my awakening. A concept in which I had already conceptualized and now I have been blessed to experience it. So why do we all so often feel compelled to say "Oh my God," when we are hit with a staggering realization? Because it is the birth of a new consciousness within the self. I had no cognitive awareness of me saying it over and over, and many times when we do say it, we aren't cogntively saying it either. When you find yourself uttering those three words (however you look at them), direct your attention to knowing that you have just birthed a new form of consciousness within you.
